RETURN POLICY

I am confident that you will love your jewellery, however please do contact me if you are not satisfied on receipt of an item or no later than 14 days after delivery.

 

Refunds can only be given once I receive the jewellery back in resaleable condition, so please send via a trackable shipping service. Please include your name, address and order number. If you are returning from overseas ensure you mark your package as 'Returned Goods' otherwise a customs charge may be incurred which will be rechargeable to you. You will be responsible for the cost of postage when returning an item.

Please ensure items are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.


If an item looks as though it has been damaged in transit to you please provide photos of the damaged packaging so I can claim compensation from PostNL.
